Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Please know that our ceremony is set to take place outdoors on grass, followed by an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour and indoor reception.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

We invite you to arrive as early as 4:00PM. Our open bar service will be available leading up to the start of our ceremony, beginning at 4:30PM sharp.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be available for guests staying at the Fairfield Inn and the Queensbury Hotel. It will pick up once at the Fairfield Inn at 3:15 PM, then at the Queensbury Hotel at 3:30 PM before heading to the venue, Hiland Park Country Club. A second pick up at the Queensbury Hotel will be at 3:50 PM. The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM sharp, so please plan accordingly if you're taking the shuttle! Return shuttles from the venue will depart at 10:30 PM and again at 11:00 PM, with stops at both hotels on both trips.

Yes, there is parking available at the Hiland Park Country Club if you are planning on driving to our venue.

Are there things to do in the area?

Yes! Glens Falls is the midway point between Saratoga Springs and Lake George, offering easy access to the best of both areas. You can explore downtown Glens Falls for cute shops, coffee spots, breweries, and local art galleries. Lake George is just a short drive north, with beautiful lakeside views, boat tours, hiking, and beaches. Head south to Saratoga Springs for famous horse racing, great restaurants, boutique shopping, and the relaxing Saratoga Spa State Park. Whether you're looking for outdoor adventures, good food, or just a charming place to walk around, there’s something for everyone nearby!
