Guests staying at the camp for the weekend can arrive anytime after 3pm on Friday September 13th.
Guests coming for the ceremony can arrive anytime on Saturday. The ceremony itself will begin at 5 pm, but there is a some walking involved between the parking area, the reception area, and the ceremony area.
Guests staying at the camp will be in rustic cabins. Some of these cabins don’t have electricity. There are bunks with mattresses for every guest staying. Bring either sheets or a sleeping bag, a flashlight, and a portable phone charger if needed.
Please wear comfortable shoes!! There is a short walk down a wooded trail and across a bridge between the ceremony and reception site.
The cabins are rustic, but the bath houses are modern, clean, recently updated, and have electricity. However, please bring your own toiletries.
Each cabin cluster at the camp has a central bath house, approximately 20 feet away.
Yes! All guests staying at the camp for the weekend are welcome to enjoy a Friday night dinner, Saturday morning breakfast, and Sunday morning brunch, aside from the Saturday night reception.
Yes, guests staying at the camp for the weekend are welcome to swim and boat in the lake, zip line, utilize basketball courts, open fields, playgrounds for kids, hiking trails, campfire pits for s’mores, tennis courts (don’t forget your racquet!), and volleyball courts! There is also a large playground area for kids.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your kids! Please let us know they will be attending.
The ceremony begins at 5pm on Saturday September 14th. We will start seating people at 4:30pm.
The ceremony will take place at the overlook, across the lake bridge from the main dining hall.
The reception will begin at 6pm, and will take place a short walk back over the lake bridge at the main dining hall.
