Not many people are lucky enough to meet the love of their life at fifteen years old. Even less are lucky enough to meet at three years old! This was when we first officially crossed paths during skating lessons at the local ice rink. Don't believe us? Well Ben's mom has video footage to prove it! You can see us pushing each other aside trying to win a racing competition (Kenna won of course). Fast forward a few years, to when we were officially grown ups...a.k.a. 8th grade Chemistry at West Middle School. You could say a school girl crush developed as we sat next to each other due to a random seating chart and lots of talking while we should have been paying attention (fortunately, neither of us pursued a Chemistry track later in life). The semester ended and we parted ways... On to new adventures...Freshman year at Canton High School began. One of the biggest moments of any fifteen year old's life, but especially ours rolled up quickly...HOMECOMING! The night was a dream filled with friends, music, and dancing. We went with separate friend groups but somehow managed to find our way together, dancing the night away! It was truly a fairytale night...until 11pm when the parents came for pick-up. If it wasn't for Kenna making the last move walking out of the cafeteria asking for Ben's phone number, you probably wouldn't be reading this wedding website today. We still laugh at the first text Kenna sent to Ben a few minutes later that simply read, "Hey it's Kenna <3". The rest was history... The years began to pass and our high school love blossomed into an even deeper connection through facing life's challenges, growing into adulthood, and of course transitioning into parenthood to our two beautiful weiner dogs Coney and Chili. We are so thankful for the experiences, family and friendships that have brought us to where we are today and we can't imagine celebrating our story without you. See you at Crystal Mountain!
