Which hotel should I book?

Answer

Our wedding will be hosted at Lido Beach Resort. Refer to our Travel page for the room block information. The room block pricing is available to guests from November 5-November 15.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire--tie optional. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be hosted on the beach. Our reception will be held in the ballroom.

Is transportation needed?

Answer

Sarasota Airport is about a 15-minute ride to Lido Beach Resort. Our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all located at the hotel. Lido Beach Resort offers a free shuttle to/from St. Armands Circle from 8am-10:30pm. The Sarasota Bay Runner trolley runs 8am-12am and operates through Lido Beach, St. Armand's Circle and Downtown Sarasota.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony by 4pm. Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:15pm.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We would absolutely love to be able to invite everyone, however, our ceremony + reception will be adults only.

Feel free to stop by Drift Kitchen & Bar on the 8th floor of Lido Beach Resort on 11/09/23 after 8:15PM to say hi! Food and drinks off the regular menu will be available for purchase. We'd love to welcome you into town before the big day!
