Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kiddos, this will be an adults only affair! We hope you're able to enjoy a worry-free night away from the kids.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, transportation is available from the Rod 'n Reel and The Inn at Herrington Harbour. Please note the following schedule: - Departures from the Rod 'n Reel at 4:10pm and 4:30pm. - Shuttle service from The Inn at Herrington Harbour: multiple trips from 4:10pm - 4:40pm. - Return trips will be made to The Inn at Herrington Harbour, Rod 'n Reel, and the after party at 1936 Bar & Grill (located at Rod 'n Reel) following the reception. - Departures back to The Inn at Herrington Harbour available at 12:15am and 1am at limited capacity.

Are Uber & Lyft services available in the area?

Answer

Yes, a limited number of Ubers & Lyfts operate in the area. If you plan on using a ride share, we recommend allotting sufficient time for your pickup.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a dedicated parking lot located at the Polynesian Lawn and Paradise Ballroom. Cars are permitted to stay overnight if you choose to take the shuttle home.

I have a food allergy, how can I notify you?

When you RSVP via the website, you will have the opportunity to note any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Are there any COVID precautions?

Answer

For the safety of all guests, if you are unvaccinated we kindly request that you not attend. We also strongly encourage all guests to test beforehand if possible.
