What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than December 14th, 2026.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 13 on our wedding day. If your child is invited, their name will appear on the RSVP page. Please be sure to RSVP for each individual member of your party on the RSVP page.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to capacity limitations, we are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding. All guests and plus-ones will be clearly indicated on your invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail. We ask that you wear a dark suit and tie. Alternatively, an evening gown or a midi-length cocktail dress would be appropriate.

What is the weather like?

Answer

January is the coldest month of the year in Chicago with an average low of 18 degrees and average high of 31 degrees. We recommend checking the forecast before packing for your visit!

Will there be a coat check?

Answer

Yes.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the venue?

Answer

The venue is located near the Chicago CTA red line stop. We do not recommend driving, however valet is available to guests for special rate of $35 the night of our celebration.

Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes. We will have 2 main entree options. Our meat entrees will not contain dairy. In addition, we will have a vegetarian meal option and are able to provide a kosher meal option for our loved ones who keep kosher. The kosher meal will come from our caterer sealed and will not be opened until served. If you have any other dietary restrictions or allergies that we may need to be aware of, please indicate how we can accommodate you when you RSVP and select your meal option.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes. The bar will be open for cocktail hour and will re-open after dinner for the dancing portion of the reception.

Can I bring my own specialty food or alcohol?

Answer

No outside food or drinks will be permitted.

May I take photos during your ceremony?

Answer

Out of respect for our photographer, we will be having an unplugged ceremony and ask that you please not take any photos while the ceremony is underway. If you choose to take photos or videos during the receptions, please feel free to share them with us on google drive!

I'm traveling from out of town. Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a hotel block at the Warwick Allerton Hotel. Please find more information for our out-of-town guests and how to secure our discounted rate under the "Travel" tab!

Where should we bring or send gifts?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home. Our entire registry can be found on our Zola wedding website. A wedding card box will be at our reception. In addition to a traditional registry, we have also highlighted a couple of non-profit organizations that are meaningful to us, if you would like to help us make a donation to them in honor of this new chapter in our lives! You can find our full registry, as well as the donation funds, under the "Registry" tab.
