Question

When do I need to arrive?

Answer

You are welcome to arrive any day or time before 2pm on the 28th November. If you are running late please do not interrupt the ceremony. Wait until after 4.30pm to join us for the reception. On the 28th November, we want you ready to be shuttled from the shearers quarters to the ceremony site by 2pm sharp. If you are not ready, and miss the shuttles to the ceremony site you will have to drive yourself down (only 5 mins from the shearers quarters) If you choose to drive please ensure to park in the designated area. Do not bring your car too close to the ceremony or reception site.

When do I need to leave?

We have the site until Monday 1st December The festivities officially run until late Saturday night

Will you feed me?

Answer

Yes! We will feed you Canapes and Dinner on Friday 28th We will provide breakfast and lunch on Saturday 29th Please ensure you bring any other food you want to sustain the rest of your time in Wee Jasper The closest shops are 40 mins away in Yass - ensure you buy anything you want before you get there!

What about booze?

Answer

We will keep your glasses and bellies full all of Friday Any left-over booze will be free game on Saturday - but we encourage you to bring any additional alcohol you might want for the Saturday party The pickle bar will be open for shots on Saturday, and the pickle ladies need donations!

What do I need to bring?

Answer

Here is a suggested list of what to bring. We will feed and water you, but please prioritise bringing any additional water and food you might wany. The nearest supermarket is a 40 minute drive away. - Food - Water - Alcohol - Tent / Shelter - Bed and bedding - Swimsuits! - Camp chair - Esky - Power bank / Battery - Lights for night / torch / head torch

Can I get you a gift?

Answer

Your presence is the best gift we could ask for. If you wish to give a gift, we would appreciate a monetary contribution towards our honeymoon. We also greatly appreciate offers of assistance with wedding preparation. If we have not reached out to you yet, and you have a skill you would like to offer - please let us know.

Can I bring a plus one ?

All plus one's have been named and/or included in your invite. If we've met your partner and you think we've made a mistake not inviting them, let us know.

What facilities will be there?

Answer

Those staying on site will have access to 2 camping areas. The primary camping area will be at the Shearers Quarters. Here there are in built toilets and showers, there is a lounge and kitchen and a fireplace. The secondary camping area will be at the lake. There are no fixed facilities here, but you will be a short walk away from the toilets at the reception site. Access to power will be limited, please ensure you bring power banks and batteries for your personal electronics.
