Question

Will there be shuttle service from any of the hotels in the area? (UPDATED)

Answer

There will be shuttle service from Treasure Island to the Venue. The shuttle will leave TI promptly at 2:30pm. Please plan to arrive in time to catch the shuttle. Treasure Island check in time is 4pm. They will hold your bags and allow you to check in at the end of the night. There will be a return shuttle from the Venue to Treasure Island at 8:30pm for anyone who wishes to go back at that time. Additional shuttles will bring guests back to TI at the end of the event (around 11pm). If these times do not work for you, please plan to make other arrangements.

What should I wear? (UPDATED)

Answer

This is a black and white event (not black-tie). The couple is asking that everyone wear something that is black or white, or black and white. They ask that you refrain from wearing anything of color, including blue jeans. Accessories to your attire should also fit the B&W theme(including shoes and purses). If you are unsure, let us know and we would be happy to discuss with you!

What time should I arrive? (UPDATED)

Answer

The ceremony will start punctually at 3 o'clock. Please plan to arrive and be seated no later than 2:50pm. Guests arriving after the ceremony has started will be asked to wait in their cars until the conclusion of the ceremony.

What about the bar? (ADDED)

Answer

There will be a bar available from 3:30-11pm with an assortment of drinks being hosted by the couple. If you wish to purchase something not being hosted, the bar requires a credit or debit card (no cash will be accepted). Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your wedding invitation includes your kids, then yes! However, you will need to make arrangements for them to leave by 8:30pm. If this does not answer your question, please reach out to us.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the venue. We ask that you car pool when possible.

Are there Uber's or Taxi's available?

Answer

Uber & Lyft do not directly operate in the Red Wing area. Although you can sometimes book them, it is not guaranteed you will find a driver and it is not a cheap fare. If you are coming from the Twin Cities, we recommend car pooling when possible or staying at Treasure Island. We will have shuttle service to and from the venue for those staying at Treasure Island who do not want to drive.
