You can also book online, or on the Hilton Honors App by using GROUP CODE: IBW. The last day to reserve rooms under this block is March 23, 2026. Any rooms booked after this date will be at the hotels regular rate. Please note check-in is at 3:00pm, but if you plan to arrive ahead of time, please call the hotel and they may be able to get you a room earlier.

Shuttle

Shuttles ahead of the ceremony will run from the hotel to the venue at 2:30 and 3:00pm. Shuttles after the reception will run from the venue to the hotel at 9:30 and 10:00pm. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
