Train
XPT Regional Train
XPT train departs Sydney at approx. 7.30am every morning and travels through Albury, arriving at approx. 3pm. The same train travels from Melbourne to Albury as well. It appears that bookings for 2025 won't open until mid-October!
Flight
Albury Airport
There are connecting flights from Melbourne or Sydney airport to Albury airport (Sydney to Albury may be slightly cheaper). Flights are about 1.5hr but just be aware that baggage allowances may be different for these smaller domestic flights.
