If you have any questions other than what we have listed here, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Think elevated beach chic! For the vow exchange dinner, we suggest cocktail attire that’s comfortable for warm evenings. The ceremony will take place in the sand, so opt for comfortable shoes or go barefoot like the bride and groom! The reception area is also sandy, so we recommend shoes that won’t sink — think platforms, wedges, or dressy sandals for women.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Children in our immediate and extended families are invited to join us for the vow exchange and reception.

Question

Can my child’s caregiver attend the wedding events?

Answer

We completely understand that some guests may be traveling with little ones and may bring along a parent, nanny, or sitter to help during the weekend. While caregivers are welcome to join you at the hotel or enjoy the local area, they will not be included in the guest count for our wedding events unless otherwise noted on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding as we’ve carefully planned our seating, catering, and overall guest experience. If you have any questions about logistics for your caregiver, please feel free to reach out!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation is addressed to you and a guest, then yes.

Question

Will the reception be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Outdoor. Weather permitting. Fingers crossed!

Question

When should I arrive in Jupiter, Florida?

Answer

If you’d like to golf with Ben, plan to be in Jupiter by 10 AM on Thursday for the tee time. The welcome beach party kicks off at 12 PM on Friday, and we’d love for you to be there for that too!

Question

What’s the best way to get there?

Answer

Fly into PBI (West Palm Beach). Uber to resort.

Question

Will transportation be provided once we arrive?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided, but we recommend using Uber or other ride-share options if needed. That said, all of our weekend events will be within walking distance of the hotel, so once you’ve arrived and settled in, you shouldn’t need to travel far at all!

Question

What if I don’t want to stay at the hotel?

Answer

Anywhere near Carlin Park will put you close to all the weekend events. There are plenty of great Airbnbs and vacation rentals in the area — just search “Carlin Park, Jupiter, FL” and you’ll find lots of options within a short walk or drive.

Question

What if the hotel block is full?

Answer

If our hotel fills up, our next recommendation would be the Wyndham Grand Jupiter at Harbourside Place — just a few minutes away from the venue. Another great option is to look in West Palm Beach, which has a variety of hotels and is about a 25–30 minute drive from Jupiter.
