4 - 4:10 PM: One large coach bus will arrive at the Hampton Inn and load as quickly as possible. If you are ready at this time please be outside by 4pm for first shift. We are hoping to have about half of our guests at this tine. This bus will go directly to Trout Lake 4:20-4:25 PM: Drop off at Trout Lake 4:35- 4:40 PM: Pick up at Fairfield Inn - Please do not miss it! 4:45 PM: Pick up at Hampton Inn 5 PM: Final drop off at Trout Lake

Starting at approximately 9pm, the coach bus will make trips returning to the Hampton Inn and Fairfield Inns.
Hotel
This is our official room block for the wedding. We will also have the after party at this location and there will be shuttle service to and from the venue from this location. There is a two night minimum stay (Friday and Saturday nights). Use the link below to book your room. The rooms will be held until January 20, 2022 or until the block is sold out.

This is another nearby hotel. We do not have an official room block at this location, but it will allow for a one-night stay. Depending on the number of people who choose to book here, we may also coordinate transportation to and from this location.
