FAQs

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be semi-formal, and we encourage you to dress however feels best to you!

Question

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the beautiful Fruitlands Museum, atop Prospect Hill in Harvard, MA. The ceremony will be in a grassy field overlooking the rolling hills of Massachusetts. The cocktail hour and reception will be steps away on a grassy lawn and brick patio. Transportation between the ceremony and reception sites will be available for those who need assistance.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, weather allowing. Dinner and dancing will take place under a tent, attached to a building with full facilities available. In the event of rain, all of the wedding activities will be under the tent.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Children are welcome, but please be respectful of other guests. If your child is having a loud moment during the ceremony, please consider taking them for a short walk while they sort themselves out.

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The venue is a quick 15 minute drive from the hotel in Devens Common. We will arrange for a shuttle to take guests from the Hilton Garden Inn to and from the wedding. We encourage as many guests as possible to utilize the shuttle, but if you'd prefer to drive, there will be parking available on-site.

Question

Will there be any vegan / vegetarian / gluten free / special dietary options?

Answer

Our caterer is adept at accommodating any dietary restrictions and will ensure that all guests have a delicious meal. Please note any dietary considerations on the RSVP form or send us an email at EandBWedding22@gmail.com.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 20th, 2022 so we can make sure our caterer is properly prepared for the event.

Question

How does your registry work?

Answer

Thankful is a registry platform that links you specific items we've registered for. We like this service because there are no additional fees or hidden price increases. If you are having trouble with this service, please email us and we'll be happy to help.

Question

Is there anything I should bring to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Due to Massachusetts' strict liquor laws, if you intend on drinking alcohol, please have a valid ID on you.

Question

If I have other questions, how should I contact you?

Answer

Email us at EandBWedding22@gmail.com and we'll respond as quickly as possible!
