Flight

Asheville Regional Airport (AVL)

Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) is the closest airport to our blocked hotels (20 min drive) and Talisman (30 min drive). The next closest airport is Greenville-Spartanburg Airport (GSP) which is in South Carolina. It is a 45 minute drive north to Talisman from GSP, and a 55 minute drive to our Flat Rock/Hendersonville hotels.

Travel Note

WEDDING SHUTTLE

We are providing a coach bus to take guests to & from the hotels to our wedding. SCHEDULE: 3:45 pm - Shuttle loads at the Fairfield Inn & Suites 4:00 pm - Shuttle departs for the Mountain Inn 4:10 pm - Shuttle arrives & loads at the Mountain Inn 4:15 pm - Shuttle departs for wedding! - 9:00 pm - Early Return Shuttle to Hotels 10:30 pm - Final Shuttle to Hotels (end of wedding)

House Or Rental

Camp Talisman Cabins

Please let us know if you are interested in staying onsite at the camp! This would be a very bare-minimum-summer-camp stay where you would need to bring everything yourself. Bedding/towels are NOT provided, and there are no food options onsite (aka - you need to plan ahead for meals). We have access to 2 bunk houses - each with 4 rooms that sleep up to 15 or so people/room. Please note that the bathrooms may be shared with up to 60 people. To be honest, we don't expect many people to use this option, if any, but wanted to let you know it's available if you need it.

There are lots of great rental properties in the Hendersonville, Flat Rock, and Asheville areas. Please just be aware that Asheville is 45 min - 1 hr from the wedding venue, so keep traffic in mind!
