FAQs

The Wedding Website of Diana Nicholas and Benjamin Pollock
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by August 15th through the RSVP tab on our website so we can finalize our guest list. We’re so grateful for your response and can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter surrounded by the people we love most.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, and we kindly recommend arriving by 3:30 PM. This gives you time to settle in, snap a few photos, and enjoy the beautiful Presidio views before everything begins. We promise the early arrival is worth it. The venue also includes the Presidio History Exhibition, a fascinating look at American history from a West Coast point of view. The exhibit closes at 4:00 PM, so if you would like a little extra time to explore, feel free to come early and experience it before the celebration starts.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes a guest, you’ll see their name noted on both your invitation and RSVP. We can’t wait to celebrate with you both. If not, our guest list is set to fit the space, and we’re truly so excited for you to join us for an amazing night of dinner, dancing, and fun.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kids are absolutely welcome. If your little ones are invited, they’ll be included on your invitation. We can’t wait to celebrate with guests of all ages!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have discounted hotel blocks listed in the Travel section of our website. If those don’t fit your plans, we recommend staying in the Marina, Cow Hollow, or Fisherman’s Wharf. And if you want personalized suggestions, feel free to text Di or Ben anytime.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, since guests will be staying in different parts of the city, we ask that everyone takes an Uber or a Waymo (yes, the driverless cars lean in!) to the venue.
