We ask that you RSVP as soon as possible! This allows us enough time to get final guest counts to our vendors and make sure everything runs smoothly on our big day! If we don't hear from you, we'll assume you can't make it and may offer the seat to another guest. Thanks for understanding!
We kindly ask that guests arrive between 4:00 and 4:15 to enjoy our refreshment station and to allow ample time to be seated before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Out of respect for the moment, late arrivals may be asked to wait until the ceremony concludes.
The dress code is cocktail attire—nice, but comfortable! We’ll be celebrating both indoors and outdoors. For the guys: a button-down shirt is perfect. We understand that August can get pretty hot, so suit jackets aren't necessary—but feel free to wear one if that's your style! Please no denim or shorts. For the ladies: a summer dress or jumpsuit of any length is great. We also ask that you steer clear of white, cream, or champagne colored clothing. Feel free to wear any other bright colors! Keep in mind, some walking on grass and other landscaping may be needed to be seated in the ceremony space.
If we have included a plus-one, they’re absolutely welcome. If not, we hope you’ll still join us solo—your presence truly means the world to us. Due to venue capacity and our guest limit, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. If you’re unsure whether you have a plus one after reviewing your invitation and the RSVP page, please feel free to reach out to Ben or Ciera for clarification. Thank you so much for understanding!
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adult-centered celebration with a limited exception for kids in the wedding party. If your child is included in the invitation, their name will appear on your RSVP and they will have a reserved spot. If not, we invite you to get a babysitter and enjoy a parents night out!
We kindly ask that you keep phones tucked away during the ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture every special moment, and we’d love for you to simply be present with us.
The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), as well as the cocktail hour. Dinner, dancing and drinks will be held indoors.
Yes! A delicious cocktail hour snack and dinner will be served, followed by dessert and drinks—including some celebratory sips for those 21 and over. If you plan on drinking alcohol, we request that you please make sure to have a designated driver or call an Uber. To avoid additional fees, we ask that vehicles not be left at the venue overnight.
