Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have a block of rooms and rates secured at the Bayshore Resort and at Country Inn and Suites. Click the Travel tab for more information. You can also check out the following hotels. We recommend booking as soon as possible, as Traverse City is a tourist destination and lodging books up very quickly. Will there be a shuttle service on the night of the wedding?

Answer

Yes, definitely. We are working out the details of this right now, but the tentative plan is to have the shuttle go between the Bayshore resort and the ceremony and reception venue. Stay tuned.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are not registered at any stores. We do have an online registry on the "Registry" tab of this website. After 8 years of partnership, we have almost all of the home essentials we need. We would be extremely appreciative of cash gifts to help us achieve our dreams of traveling and buying our first house. Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is suggested. We want you to feel comfortable and radiant. It is a formal occasion but not black-tie. Long and short dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark suits are all appropriate. The ceremony will be outdoors so plan for the weather.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes to both! You can park in the Peninsula Room/Mission Table/Jolly Pumpkin lot located at 13512 Peninsula Dr, Traverse City, MI 49686.

Yes! Please reach out to us directly to let us know so we can tell the venue.

Are there Ubers and Lyfts in Traverse City?

Answer

Yes and no. Ride sharing services are extremely limited in this area, and drivers are not always available. If there are drivers out and about, they're likely centralized in downtown TC, meaning if you wanted a ride home from the venue, wait times may be 30+ minutes. Please do not count on Ubers or Lyfts, and utilize our shuttle to get a ride back to town. Drop off is at the Bayshore Resort.
