If I cannot stay for the weekend can I still attend the Ceremony & Reception?

Answer

Of course! We would love for everyone to stay for the whole weekend but we understand that life may not allow for such things. We just ask that you take the time to accurately fill out the RSVP so that we know which events you'll be joining us for.

Is there lodging at the camp?

Answer

Yes! All enclosed cabins have been booked at this time. However, there are still Adirondack cabins available. Once you RSVP on this site we will reach out to you to discuss options. Most cabins include a bathroom, a wood fired stove and electricity. The Adirondack style cabins are rustic with canvas sides and access to a nearby bathhouse. Space heaters can be provided and extra blankets available for use. There is electricity for charging devices but anything larger than a hair dryer is not permitted to use.

Whats the cost to stay at camp?

Answer

If you'd like to stay at the camp the fees are: Weekend (includes Sat Night & Sun Night): Shared Cabin: $120 pp Adirondack cabin: $100 pp This includes all of your meals and accommodations. Additional night on Friday may be included for $50 per night - just let Catie or Ben know!

How do I book/pay?

Answer

Once you are ready to book please reply on the RSVP tab and leave your e-mail at the end so that we can contact you. Catie and Ben will then contact you via e-mail to pay. Coffee and tea are available throughout the day Breakfast Brunch or lunch Dinner(s)

How do I pay?

Answer

We have reserved the entire campground so payments can be made directly to Catie and Ben. Once your stay had been confirmed you will receive a request via Paypal. or, you can Venmo: Catie_13 If you prefer another form of payment (check/cash) please let us know when you contact us to book. Thanks for wanting to stay with us on our special weekend!

What time is check-in?

Answer

Check-in time Saturday 10/09 from 9am - 2pm. If you are arriving outside of that window it is OK! Just let Catie or Ben know so we can have someone meet you at the check-in office. If you are traveling from afar and would like to book a Friday night stay too, please let us know!

Will there be linens and bedding provided for those lodging at the campground

Answer

Yes, linens and towels are included. There will also be extra blankets and space heaters available to use if needed. Please feel free to bring extra!

Can we bring our own alcohol into the camp?

Answer

Yes! We're planning on providing alcoholic beverages to our guest throughout the weekend where we are able. We will update you more as we get closer. For the rest of your stay, you are welcome to bring whatever you like just like at a hotel or campground. We suggest bringing your own cooler to store your beverages. Please be responsible for your alcohol as there may be wedding attendees under the age of 21.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we love spending time with them, now is the time to have some fun without them! Young babies are welcome to join us for the ceremony and reception. If you have any questions reach out to Catie or Ben.

No, unfortunately pets are not allowed at the campground.

Can I bring my RV?

Answer

Yes you can but there are no hookups available. There may be campgrounds down the street that do have hookups.
