Question

What COVID precautions will be taken? Should I wear a mask?

Answer

Every guest invited to the wedding has been fully vaccinated +/- boosted against COVID. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be in a large, open space with doors kept open for ventilation. Cate and Ben will not be wearing masks, but please do whatever makes you most comfortable!

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception are located on the same property and are within walking distance.

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

There will be shuttle buses available to take guests from the Best Western hotel to and from the wedding venue (see Accommodations and Transportation section for details). If you are planning to stay in an Airbnb, please let us know the address so we can help with transportation.

What is the best way to get around during my stay?

Answer

It is difficult to schedule Ubers/Lyfts, so we recommend local taxi services or car rental (see Accommodations and Transportation). We will also be providing shuttle bus transportation to the wedding venue from the hotel block. If you plan to stay in an Airbnb, please let us know where you will be staying so we can arrange transportation.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

There is parking for up to 50 cars at the venue. However, for sake of ease and safety, we recommend that you take one of the shuttle buses from the hotel. If you are staying in an Airbnb, please let us know the location so we can help with transportation.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour are on a lawn, so wear comfy shoes! Women are recommended to wear flats or wedges.

I have dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We will have vegetarian, vegan, tree nut-free, and gluten-free dietary options. Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions when selecting your menu choices.
