Maid of Honor
Lily of the Valley, Brandi’s most longest friend, who has now become family. Their mums have been working together since they were born. Some may say they are the same person with different coloured hair. She’s the ABBA Queen, and always the last man standing.
Bridesmaid
Holz, Brandi’s Big Sister and Best friend. Hollie has come all the way from Perth with her own little family, including little Banks and partner Jay who we have been separated from due to Covid.
Bridesmaid
Lozz, Brandi’s ride or die! Even living in different cities for years never seemed to stop them being so close. She is kind, never says no, and laughs at Brandi’s shitty humour. Lozzy girl knows the way to my heart.
Bridesmaid
Ken, Brandi's fire soul. Ben actually was friends with Ken first, as they went to school together. But you know when you match ones soul, and wish you met earlier in life? That's when B called shotgun, and quickly blossomed a forever friendship from there.
Uncles of the Bride
These two men are Brandi’s dearest Uncles who will be walking her down the isle, brothers of her late father Nga-Wati who passed in 2015. Brandi is forever thankful for not one but two beautiful father figures in her life.
Mother of the Bride
Paul and John will be handing Brandi over to her beautiful mother Tracey, who will be giving her away to her “Son” as she already says. Brandi shares a lot in common with her Mum, and is very proud to say so. If you stick around for long enough, you might even see the life of the party!!
Best Man
Logan, Ben’s longest and most loyal friend, or Aunty Logi as the girls like to say. Even throughout their busy lives and living in different cities, nothing seems to seperate them. They’ve looked like twins and copied each other since they were little. It’s easier to tell them apart now without the matching bowl cuts.
Groomsman
Mohi, Bens Best mate from school, who has been a very loyal friend ever since they left and became adults. Jacob is known to be the skuxest Māori in the bay.
Groomsman
Dan, Ben met Dan while living in Wellington with Brandi. They were work colleagues and created a bond that never diminished. Becoming fathers together made their friendship even stronger. Even though half their memories are a bit blurry, they have an easy friendship that will last a lifetime.
Groomsman
Ben and Jack have been good friends since school. Forever trying to compete in who is the most witty and sarcastic out of the pair. They share more in common than they thought as they've matured and will forever take the piss out of each other til death do them part.
