Rehearsal Dinner Bus Schedule

April 29, 2022 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm

-3:00 PM Buses will pick up guests from the Hyatt Regency Sacramento, stop at Cache Creek (appx. 3:45 PM) for any guests staying in Capay Valley, then continue to the rehearsal dinner. -9:00 PM Buses will depart the rehearsal dinner at 9PM, stop at Cache Creek, then drop off all remaining guests at the Hyatt Regency.

Buses depart from Hyatt and stop at Cache Creek for any guests staying in Capay Valley. -1:00 PM Bus for family of Bride and Groom (Photos ahead of ceremony) departs -1:45 PM Stop at Cache Creek -2:45 PM Bus for all other guests departs -3:30 PM Stop at Cache Creek -9:45 PM Buses to after party at Cache Creek Casino depart -11:30 PM First bus from Cache Creek back to Hyatt Regency departs -1:00 AM Second bus from Cache Creek back to Hyatt Regency departs

Located 7 minutes away from our venue, we invite you to stay, eat, drink and gamble with us the days leading up to the wedding!

Hyatt Regency Sacramento

This is a backup option for guests not able to secure a room at the casino. When making your reservation inquire about staying in the Johnson/Clarke Wedding Room Block. This hotel is approximately 50 minutes from the venue but a private charter bus will be provided to bring guests to and from the ceremony on the day of the event. Buses will be running back to the casino throughout the day of the wedding and any guests wishing to return to Sacramento earlier than the scheduled departure from the casino back to the Hyatt will need to request a cab from the casino.
