Yampa Valley Regional Airport (HDN)
About 35 minute drive to Steamboat Springs. Southwest and United both fly into this airport frequently. Rental cars are limited here, so book early! Shuttle options are also listed under the link provided, and Steamboat has great bus/shuttle options to manage without a car. Boat Run Shuttle is $350 for up to 11 people. Please reach out to Alyssa if you'd like to see if others get in around the same time as you! Steamboat Express is $103 round trip, and it must be booked at least 4 days in advance. Ski Town Transportation offers different options including a 10 person private shuttle for $720.

Gravity Haus Hotel is located right at the base of the Gondola! They are offering a wedding block discount and free parking for April 4-6, and can be booked with the discount 3 days before/after these dates, if the rooms are available. Please call Sunny the reservation manager directly at 720-452-9748 to book rooms. The rooms will be released and no longer discounted 60 days prior, so please try to book prior to February 1st, 2024! They have a great pool and hot tub, and are newly renovated. Dogs are allowed for an extra charge!! Please note, there is a $25 per room per night resort charge added.

We stayed in a condo here for a ski weekend, and there is a convenient gondola that takes you to and from the resort, as well as a shuttle that will pick you up and take you anywhere in town! Great hot tubs, pool, and gym.
