Eat, Drink, and Be Married!

We met at on the campus of Western Washington University, in a mandatory 'Business Ethics' class, a notoriously romantic subject. Somehow it seemed that everyone in this class already knew each other, so when it came time to form groups for a quarter-long project, we both ended up in a ragtag group of leftovers and outsiders. After working together for a few months in a group project setting, we found ourselves running into each other at the local watering holes (The Up & Up, Bellingham Bar & Grill, and all of the other cheap college bars). We began talking and spending more time together outside of class and we learned that we actually had a lot more in common than just being Business Majors at WWU. And the rest is history! Over the past ten years together we have travelled to 11 countries, lived in four different cities, adopted our first dog and purchased our first home. There was never any doubt that this was going to be a forever thing, and we couldn't be more excited to finally make it official.

Enjoy complimentary beverages all night including beer, wine, cider, champagne, plus a signature cocktail during cocktail hour. A selection of non-alcoholic beverages will also be available. Dinner will be tacos provided by our favorite taco restaurant, Black Sheep. We encourage parents to enjoy a night out without the kids, however, we know child care can be challenging, especially when traveling from out of town, so please reach out to us if you need to bring your kids. We have been told that Ubers and Lyfts are few and far between in this area so please make sure you have transportation lined up. Consider scheduling a ride with Mert's Taxi, is a local taxi service.
