Unfortunately the hotel doesn't have its own parking garage (not many in NYC do), so if you're driving into town, you will need to overnight park your car in a nearby garage. Wyndham Garden Chinatown

We have a block of rooms holding at this 4-star hotel, beautifully located in downtown Manhattan, just across the bridge from our venue. Please click the 'View' button below to book your reservation and take advantage of our discounted rate. If the type of room you need has already been booked up, let us know so we can coordinate with the hotel to see if we can free up the kind of room you need. All rooms will be held up until the end of April 2024, and our discounted rate is good for a few days before and after our event so if you're looking to extend your trip a bit you can still take advantage of that, just get your reservation in as soon as you can. For the day of the reception, we'll arrange for a shuttle vehicle to pick you up at the hotel and bring you to our venue. More details to come!

Shuttle From Hotel to the Reception Venue & Back

The shuttle will arrive out front of the hotel around 4:30pm that Sunday to pick everyone up and shuttle you over to our reception venue. Please be sure to come down before 5:00pm, as that it when the bus will need to depart by. The bus will not be making its way back to the hotel until later in the night, so if you miss the shuttle over you'll have to catch a cab and or an uber over.
