We would love it if everyone stayed on site at the Trailside Inn. Our vision for our wedding was a weekend where we would get to spend time with everyone all together. Per the hotel policy, non hotel guests are required to leave the property each evening at 10pm.
The promo code is now live on our “Travel” page. Please refer to this to make a reservation at the Trailside Inn-where all of our events will take place. The hotel is closed for all reservations during our wedding weekend, except for our guests. Please note, the hotel has a 2 day minimum for their reservations.
Please see the wedding weekend schedule. We are planning on a Friday night welcome gathering in lieu of a rehearsal dinner.
Your invitation will indicate all invited guests, but if you have any questions please reach out to Alexis. We love your kids, but we would love to give you a night off to spend with us! We understand the difficulties of finding child care, however we are limiting children to close family members.
We are accounting for our gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan family and friends in our planning. If you have any additional dietary restrictions, please let us know!
Vermont` has so much to offer and we hope that our guests will enjoy some of the wonderful things that we love about this state. Please check out the activities page on the Trailside website for some great suggestions of things to do in the area. Whether you're interested in checking out the beautiful scenery, enjoying some craft beer, getting in a few rounds of golf, or taking advantage of the local stores and markets, you won't be disappointed!
The attire for the wedding evening is cocktail attire. Ladies - most of the events will be on grass, so feel free to dress in comfortable, grass-friendly shoes (flats or wedges). Please note temperatures tend to dip at night, and since the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside you might want to bring a jacket or wrap. However, there will also be heaters to help keep you warm.
You are welcome to bring your favorite drink for the welcome party only. Due to Vermont Liquor laws, all alcoholic drinks during cocktail hour and the reception must be served by our caterer.
