** UPDATED JUNE 11TH, 2020 ** To our friends and family - . . We hope you all are well during these uncertain times. While we've never been better - our wedding plans have taken a drastic turn in these last few days. . . While it was incredibly frustrating to accept the fact that May 30th couldn't go off as planned, the hopes of July 18th left us optimistic to be able to bring everyone together and share our big day. . . Unfortunately where we are now due to COVID19 - our invited guest list of 200 would not be doable at the venue until phase 4 and sadly the reality of this is not likely given phase 3's delay for Spokane. Given time constraints and planning involved, we've decided we need to finalize this important decision in order to move forward. . . On the bright side - We seriously cannot wait to get married. We are still tying the knot on July 18th, however given restrictions on event sizes that are well out of our hands, we've elected proceeding with a small ceremony that our new venue location will allow. We've gone from plan A, switching our date to a plan B, to now pumping the brakes again to replan this new day from scratch. . . We're both incredibly sad and frustrated that we won't be able to have the big wedding we planned with our close friends and family beside us to celebrate. We hope for your support and understanding during these trying times. If you have any questions for either of us about this cancellation - please don't hesitate to reach out. . . Forgive us for the facebook / phone correspondence in regards to this big change. With time constraints and a complete new venue/wedding to plan for July, we wanted to ensure we gave as much notice as possible. . . Cheers to the Wards! We will be thinking of you all! . .
