Where and when is the wedding happening?

The ceremony and reception will both be held at Welltown Brewing, 114 W Archer St, Tulsa, OK 74103 on September 25th, 2021. We're still working out the timeline and will let you know as soon as we finalize it.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We have arranged special rates at a few hotels near the venue. Check out the "Travel" page for all the details. If you stay with Airbnb and aren't familiar with Tulsa, check out these neighborhoods close to the venue: Downtown (Tulsa Arts District, Blue Dome, East Villiage), Maple Ridge, Cherry Street, Brookside (Along Peoria ave. between 31st and 41st street), or in Florence Park (near the University of Tulsa). We've lived in/near all these neighborhoods and they all have unique Tulsa dining and activities. There are lots of other great places to stay on Airbnb outside these neighborhoods. If you've never been to Tulsa, check driving directions from any stay. Chances are good it's less than a 20-minute drive to downtown. Lyft and Uber are both easy and inexpensive in Tulsa so you can catch a ride or drive even if you stay further away. If it is your first time using Airbnb or Lyft check out the "Travel" page where we have codes that can save you some money on your first booking!

We're moving forward with our plans for September 25th, 2021 while we continue to watch this situation unfold. Our hope is to celebrate with you in person safely. If something changes, we'll let you know.

Are kids invited?
Answer
If we are related, we'll leave it up to you to decide if you'd like to include your kids. If you and they would have fun celebrating with us, we'd love to have them at the wedding. If you'd prefer to have someone else put them to bed early so you can stay out late with us, that's great too. Keep in mind, the wedding and reception will be in a bar which is also a working brewery that isn't super kid-friendly. Let us know if there is something we can do to make it more comfortable for the kids if you decide to bring them. If we're not related, please make arrangements for the kids to stay home so you can celebrate with the adults. Give us a shout if you have any questions, we want to make this as enjoyable as possible for all!
