Our celebration is an adults-only event.
A shuttle will be available for guests and will make stops at both the Luminary Hotel and the Hampton Inn. Pickup and drop off will be at the front of the Luminary (near Elle Mae Diner) on Bay Street and at the entrance of the Hampton. Pre-Event: We offer two shuttle options: one departing at 3:30 PM from the Luminary Hotel and another at 3:50 PM from both the Luminary followed by the Hampton. We kindly ask our guests to spread out over both options. If you arrive early, feel free to explore the beautiful Edison & Ford Estates! Post-Event: Shuttle service will commence 1 hour prior to ceremony end at 9:00PM and will run every 30 minutes, with multiple runs after the conclusion.
The Edison & Ford Winter Estates is a beautiful historical location and a must see in while in Fort Myers. We are permitted to enter 1 hour prior to the event and must vacate the facility at 10PM. We encourage you to explore the grounds prior to the ceremony or during our cocktail hour.
We kindly request guests to adhere to cocktail attire. Please note that most of the ceremony and reception will take place on a grass lawn, so plan your shoe selection accordingly.
Yes, there is a parking lot on the south side of McGregor Blvd for those who will not be using the shuttle service. Gates are locked overnight, so you will need to remove your car at the end of the reception.
We are no strangers to dietary restrictions! Please contact the Abby or Ben at least two weeks in advance so we can accommodate with our caterer.
