When should I RSVP by?

Question
Can I bring my Children or Plus One?
Answer
Yes! Please follow the details in your RSVP to ensure you and your loved ones have the appropriate number of reserved seats for the wedding. All are welcome to the Beach Park After Party!
Question
Where is the ceremony/ reception? Is it indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place at Haiku Garden Weddings in the botanical garden area or in the covered Tahitian chapel depending on the weather. The reception will take place in Haleiwa Joe's, an open-air restaurant that is a short walk or an electric shuttle away from the Gardens. Both locations are entirely private to our event.

Do you recommend any hotels?
Answer
Yes! We recommend the Ramada Plaza in Waikiki. If you are interested in booking a room in our hotel block, please call the hotel and book under "Ben and Maureen's Wedding" for a discounted rate. The discounted rate is applicable for stays between July 3 and July 8 before the booking deadline of June 1.

Will transport be provided?
Answer
Yes! We will coordinate round trip transportation between the Ramada Plaza in Waikiki and Haiku Garden Weddings in Kaneohe via Shuttle Party Bus. Please indicate your interest in transportation in your RSVP. ** For those interested, the Shuttle Party Bus will pickup at the Ramada at 9a and will drop off back to the Ramada at 2:30p. It is open for everyone to use, just be at the pickup! **

Is there parking?

Yes! There is ample self-parking in the private lot. We encourage using the Shuttle Party Bus or carpooling if possible.

Please inform us of any allergies or preferences in your RSVP so we can coordinate with the Restaurant.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is Hawaiian Garden Party (aka wedges and lite dress pants are great, flip flops and board shorts are not).

How about the After Party?
Answer
The Beach Park After Party will take place at Ala Moana Beach Park, site 28a, at 4p. We recommend walking (12min from the Ramada) or ubering (3min from the Ramada). Join us for ice cream and slushees, drinks, and games!
