We're Getting Married!

FAQs

More FAQs will be added as we continue to plan. If you have any questions other than the ones listed here, please contact Ben or Shea.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would love for you to RVSP as soon as you know if you are able to attend however, please RSVP by June 1st, 2026.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding day is colorful cocktail attire. We request midi, knee-length, tea-length, or floor length dresses, pantsuits or two pieces, or a suit and dress shirt. We would encourage you to wear lots of color, and suits in lighter colors or natural fabrics like linen since it may be warm. We kindly request no jeans, t-shirts or shorts. The terrain of Mishawaka is quite uneven, so please wear shoes comfortable for walking on gravel and grass.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We understand that a full weekend away from your children may be difficult. With that said, our ceremony and reception will be adults only. If you are not able to travel without them, children may attend both the welcome event and the goodbye brunch. If you will be traveling with your children and are interested in childcare for the wedding day please contact Ben or Shea- we may be able to recommend babysitters. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We are planning on having vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free options available at our wedding, but if you have a special request please contact Ben or Shea.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to space constraints at our venue, we can only accommodate guests who are listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!
