While it might not be warm enough to swim (or it could be - we'll have to wait and see!), Hamilton Pool is a unique spot that's worth a stop! Do some research before you go as this popular spot has some strict rules about when and how to visit.
Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail
Right in downtown Austin is the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail at Lady Bird Lake The path that follows along the water’s edge and passes by skyscrapers, neighborhoods, ball fields and cultural attractions.
Kayaking or Stand Up Paddleboard on Lady Bird Lake
Kayaking or stand up paddle boarding is one of the best ways to take in downtown Austin up close and explore Lady Bird Lake. Do a quick google search to find a ton of companies that offer kayak rentals!
Mount Bonnell
A quick hike up a few flights of stairs leads you to one of the best views in Austin!
Barton Springs
Outdoor swimming pool that is filled entirely with water from nearby natural springs, located right in another great Austin site, Zilker Park.

Stop by Broken Spoke for some good ol' fashioned Texas two steppin! Helpful tip: bring cash!
Rainey Street
Rainey Street offers a string of excellent bars, most of which are renovated houses! Great spot for some bar hopping and delicious food truck options. Banger's Sausage & Beer Garden is our favorite spot on the block!

Beautiful state park right in Central Austin.

Stop by our favorite hotel in Austin for a great drink and use it as a jumping off point to explore and shop South Congress, one of the best neighborhoods in Austin.
Jo's Coffee
Great coffee in popular South Congress neighborhood (and home of the iconic "i love you so much" landmark). Get the iced turbo - it's Kiley's favorite! Extra perk: get there early enough and they serve Tacodeli breakfast tacos.

Camp Lucy
Camp Lucy is the location for our wedding and many accommodations! We’re including it on the map for reference, but visit their website as they have many activities like walking trails or fishing, a beautiful pool to relax at, and a great restaurant on site.
Salt Lick BBQ
We will be serving this Texas favorite at our welcome party, but if you need a second helping the atmosphere at the Driftwood location nearby can't be beat!
Torchy's Tacos
Swing by Camp Lucy on Sunday morning for some Torchy's breakfast tacos, BUT their lunch menu is not to be missed! Our favorite is the Green Chile Pork - Kiley ate this one almost daily when living in Austin! We love the location on South Congress so you can explore that neighborhood, but there are many all over Austin and even right in Dripping Springs!
