How + When should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining". Please RSVP by April 21st, 2025. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining, as we will be sending a final headcount to our vendors on April 22nd.

Can I bring a date (+1) ?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name or "and guest" is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we cannot accommodate additional guests.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dress to impress for our big day! The dress code is formal or black tie optional. Gentlemen are asked to wear tuxedos or suits with ties, while ladies should opt for floor-length dresses or sophisticated cocktail dresses. We appreciate your efforts in dressing to impress and joining us in celebrating this joyous occasion in style. Please no jeans, sandals, or sneakers, and remember - Whites, creams, and ivories is saved for the bride ;)

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your kids, this will be an adults only event. This includes kids of all ages, from toddlers and infants to your teens. We encourage you to use this evening as a fun "night out" for yourselves!

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. Please dress accordingly, and make sure to check the weather conditions leading up to the day! Additionally, please keep in mind there is a short walk from the parking lot to the ceremony space and there will be a golf cart for our guests who need additional accessibility.

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating so sit where you please! We are requesting that you avoid the first 2 rows on each side for our immediate family and wedding party. For the reception, we will be arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know and indicated by a seating chart and name cards at tables.

Am I allowed to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged + we will have a professional photographer + videographer to take pictues/videos from the event. Please do not take pictures during the ceremony, we paid someone to.

What if I am late to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:30pm. We recommend guests arrive between 4:45 - 5:00pm so you have time to mingle and find your seat. If you happen to be late, please do NOT walk down the aisle and find a seat - instead, we ask that you stand in the back behind the last bit of rows.

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes! We will have a golf cart to ride those to and from the ceremony and reception spots and the reception is all one level.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking around the back of the hall. We do recommend carpooling, or ride sharing as well.
