The wedding ceremony itself is still going on as planned, however we will not be having a large reception or dance! It will all be much, much smaller than originally imagined.. but still a very special day! The CDC recommends that no events over 50 people be held in the United States for eight weeks due to COVID-19. We are keeping a close eye on CDC recommendations as this situation unfolds. Above all, the simplest thing we all can do is support each other. We will get through this together!
Josh and I are heartbroken that everyone who wants to celebrate with us will not be able to. If we can properly social distance, we would love guests to stop or drive by to say hello! Emily is thinking of a drive up photo booth? We will have lots of outdoor space, hand sanitizer, and face masks available! We can make it fun no matter what the situation is!
There is no dress code. However, it will be an outdoor ceremony so dress accordingly to the weather. Our style will be simple, natural and rustic. You can dress up for the occasion or relaxed to have fun.
Yes, and please do! We want everyone to feel welcome and enjoy their time with us on our wedding day. We have already made accommodations for some dietary restrictions, and can certainly accommodate yours!
We are registered at Zola.com and Target :)
That's a ridiculous question, which turns out to be false. Some believe it to be the Black Bear. While that is debatable, there are basically two schools of thought. But one thing is fact: Bears eat beets. Bears. Beets. Battlestar Galactica. :)
