Is the COVID vaccination, test and/or masks required at your Wedding?

Answer

We are so grateful to have the opportunity to celebrate this occasion with our loved ones. We want to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for our guest and be in accordance with all health and safety guidelines. We request all attending guests to be fully vaccinated. Masks are not required but are encouraged to wear when unable to practice social distancing. There will be a box of masks available at both venues for guest. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our Wedding is on a Friday. On April 8th, 2022. The Church Wedding Ceremony is a mass service from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Please arrive 15-30 mins early to get seated as it will start at 3:00 PM sharp.

Is the Ceremony & Reception at the same location?

Answer

No, the Ceremony will take place at our local parish, Holy Family Catholic Church and the Reception will follow afterwards at the Ospreys at Belmont Bay Venue. It is approx. a 20 min drive away with no traffic. Please have a means of transportation with you to arrive at the Reception venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, this event is Formal Attire. The bridal party is wearing blush pink ;)

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, our Reception is an Adult Only affair. The only child present at the reception will be from the Bridal Party. We hope you will understand our decision to make it children-free, and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style! :) Thank you.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than March 7th 2022. The earlier the better, so we can get a definite head count :) Thank you so much!

Are you registered?

Answer

Yes, we are. If you would like to send us a little newlywed gift please select the 'Registry' tab here on our wedding website. We have a a few links that will direct you to our registries or you can kindly contribute to our cash fund towards buying furniture. Our wedding Venmo is @WeddingBellsWithTheMurrells We will also have a card box available at the wedding reception. Thank you for thinking about us :)

I have a food allergy/ I am a vegetarian, can I make a Special Dietary Request?

Answer

Yes you can! When RSVPing, please list your dietary request. We will let our catering team know and they will prepare a special dish for you. Please let us know your Special Dietary Requirements by March 7th. Below is the count of those who have requested Special Dietary Requirements so far. Nut Free (1) Vegetarian (1)

Do you have any accommodations for Out-of-Town Guest?

Answer

Yes, we have a room block reserved at Hilton Garden Inn Woodbridge Hotel from April 6th, 2022 through April 10th, 2022. Please click on the 'Accommodations' tab and select the link provided to book your room or call hotel and reference the Ventura - Murrell Wedding to receive the special rate. Hotel location is ten mins away from Holy Family Catholic Church and fifteen mins away from the Ospreys at Belmont Bay Venue.

Is there parking available at the ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

Yes, there is a free open parking lot available for both locations.
