Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the official ceremony starts at 5:00 pm so you can settle before the proceedings. The doors will open at 4:30 pm.

Will the events take place indoor or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting). During cocktail hour and the reception, guests will have the option to be indoors or outdoors.

We kindly ask that you join us in celebrating in your finest formal wear

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

If you're staying at Harrahs Hotel and Casino or joining us at the casino for the after party, we will have a shuttle providing transportation to and from the venue at specific times. There will be two trips to The Haley Mansion available starting at 4:15 pm and shuttle times to the hotel will from 10:30 to 11:30 pm.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Yes! We will have plenty of available parking spaces. Next to the Mansion and across the street

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?

While we want to celebrate with everyone, we ask that only those on the RSVP attend
