Funkenhausen in Chicago. Shared plates on the first date! During Covid!

It was right after my birthday dinner at the Signature Room inside the John Hancock. We went to a comedy show and then a local bar, and he told me he googled how long it was supposed to be before you asked someone out and decided against it because the timing felt right!

He told me we were going to take pictures at the beach at sunset and little did I know I was walking into my engagement! We were in Positano, Italy and then the rest of our European vacation was filled with laughter, smiles, and memories that will last a lifetime!
