Are kids invited?
Answer
As much as we love the kids in our families, we kindly ask that kids are not to attend, unless otherwise stated on your invitation. We want you all to enjoy yourselves and have the best night!

Will there be a hotel block?
Answer
Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook. Rooms must be booked by August 3rd to get our room rate. Please see the travel page for more information and the link to book the hotel.

Will there be shuttle service to the venue?
Answer
Yes! There will be shuttle service to the venue from our preferred hotel. Pick-up time will be at 5:00 pm sharp! There will only be one shuttle so don't miss it!

Will there be shuttle service back to the hotel?
Answer
Yes! For those who don't want to continue the party at the after party, there will be a shuttle at 11:30 pm. For those who want to continue partying, there will be a later shuttle at 12:30 am.

Is there a specific dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire preferred! Come dressed in your best. Please note, if the weather is nice the ceremony will be outside and it could get a little chilly.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
If your invitation was addressed to you and a guest, then you are able to invite a guest. On your RSVP card it will list how many seats are reserved in your honor. When sending in your RSVP card, please state who is attending. If there is only one name on the card then only one seat will be reserved in your honor.

Does the venue accommodate food allergies?
Answer
Yes! Let either one of us know if you have a food allergy and we will let the venue know. Also, be sure to let your server know of any food allergies.
