Although we’d love to just be able to celebrate like we all did pre-COVID, the health and safety of our friends and family is our number one concern. We are actively monitoring regulations at the local, state & federal level in order to plan for whatever stage we are in come November. We will utilize this website to continue to update our guests as we get closer to the big day with what precautions and changes we will be enforcing at the event. We want each of you to do what is best for you and your family, even if that means celebrating from home! Update as of 9/1/2020: - All guests will be required to have their temperature taken upon arrival at the venue - We will be supplying masks for attendees to wear (feel free to bring your own!) - Hand sanitizer stations will be set up throughout the venue - Stickers w/ our pups faces on them to show social distance preference - Special eating areas and ceremony viewing seating for those needing or wanting more distance
To give all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and have a good time without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children. If you will be traveling from out of town and bringing your children to Bastrop for the weekend, we'd be happy to help in finding a reputable babysitter for the wedding!
We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to dust off your favorite cocktail attire, especially after sheltering at home for so long! As long as what you're wearing allows you to get down on the dance floor, we'll be happy. Don't forget to coordinate your mask with your outfit!
