Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Timberlee Hills, 10484 S Timberlee Dr, Traverse City, MI 49684.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of 40 rooms reserved at Baymont by Wyndham Traverse City, 2326 North US Highway 31 South, Traverse City, Michigan (20 minute drive to the venue) for 9/15/23-9/17/23. Please call 877-361-2496 for reservations and provide the group name 'Block Bellestri Wedding'. All rooms need to be paid by Aug 14, 2023, but we recommend you book your accommodations ASAP. This hotel will likely be the only pick-up/drop-off spot for the shuttle. In addition, we also have a block of 10 rooms reserved at Bayshore Resort, 833 East Front Street, Traverse City, MI 49686 (15 minute drive to the venue). More rooms may be able to be added into the block after the first 10 are filled based on availability. Please call 231-935-4400 for reservations and provide the group name 'Schultz/Bellestri Wedding'. All rooms need to be booked by July 14, 2023, but again we recommend you book your accommodations ASAP. In addition to these two hotels, you are more than welcome to stay at any hotel in the area you'd like! We always recommend checking out Airbnb and VRBO for rentals as well.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

There will be a 34-passenger shuttle to and from Baymont by Wyndham Traverse City. Please see the 'Accommodations' tab for more details.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we are only able to accommodate children of the bridal party and children of immediate family members (children of brothers/sisters of the bride or groom) due to limited numbers. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and hope you will still be able to join us!

I received a Save the Date and already know I am unfortunately unable to attend. Should I wait until I receive an official invitation to let you know?

If you've received a Save the Date and already know you're unable to attend our wedding, we completely understand! We would greatly appreciate it if you'd let us know at your earliest convenience.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is dressy casual. The ceremony will take place outside on the grass, so we recommend staying away from thin high heels that may sink into the ground.

Gifts?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, should you wish to help us celebrate with a gift, we ask that you contribute towards our honeymoon or home improvement fund as we just recently moved cross country and upgraded most of our home essentials at that time. Donations to our honeymoon or home improvement fund can be sent through our registry (registry link on our website), or through cash/check.
