This is where Alex and Amanda took their engagement photoshoot! Visit the newly renovated wooden victorian beachfront resort. This is a great place to spend the day on the sand, take a nice walk, or enjoy a beautiful sunset.

This is where Alex and Amanda spent the latter part of their first date. A few months later, he asked her to be his girlfriend by the Koi Fish pond. Take a stroll through the park to view the amazing Spanish architecture and beautiful gardens. Balboa Park is also home to many great museums.

Catch a Padres game vs the New York Mets on 7/28 - 7/30. Petco Park was ranked the #1 MLB Stadium by USA Today. The organization also offers an optional stadium tour to make game day memorable. Alex and Amanda have Season Tickets and catch many games there together. Go Padres!

Immerse yourself in the History and Culture of this small town. Old Town has delicious Mexican food with numerous restaurants to choose from. Alex and Amanda's favorite Mexican Restaurants in Old Town are Casa Guadalajara and Cafe Coyote.

Sunset Cliffs is the most popular place to... you guessed it, catch an amazing sunset. Amanda and Alex love to sit together and watch the surfers while the sun sets on the horizon beyond them. Be sure to provide ample time to find a parking spot and stay safe on the cliffside.

La Jolla Cove

La Jolla Cove is an extremely popular spot to take in the beautiful Pacific Ocean. On any given day you can see the wild sea lions play and bask in the sun. Bring or Rent snorkel gear to see the swimming Garibaldi fish and friendly Leopard sharks. This is also a great place to rent a kayak and explore the numerous caves. If the chance of getting wet is not your forte, you can visit one of the Cave's through Sunny Jim's Cave & Store down the road.

This is where Alex and Amanda met and danced together for the first time! This country bar has line dancing on Tuesdays 8:00pm - 12:00am. Come out for a night of fun and learn a new skill.
