This will be an adults-only ceremony and reception with the exception of our little VIPs.
We are asking all guests to wear elevated cocktail attire. Keep in mind this is a summer wedding, so don't be shy with colors and wear comfortable fabrics. We suggest sunset colors. The wedding will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. Guests should make plans to arrive to the venue 15-20 minutes early.
The host hotel (Marriott Richmond Downtown) offers a free shuttle for guests. If you are driving, there is street parking as well as a paid parking lot on 217 W. Grace St. (4 hours for $11; 8 hours for $14).

Yes! While we envision a beautiful outdoor ceremony, we are not willing to sacrifice guests or wedding party comfort to achieve this. If the weather (heat or rain) does not work in our favor, we make the call by Wednesday, July 1 to move the ceremony inside.
There will be champagne, wine, beer and cocktails offered for a portion of the night. Please be prepared to access the cash bar after that point.
The RSVP portal will open unitl Friday, May 8 at 11:59 p.m. ET We cannot guarantee space for you if you miss this deadline.
(Update on June 27, 2026: The deadline has passed to make any changes to the guest count with our venue/cater. We understand if an unavoidable circumstance happens, but please let us as soon as you can so we can plan accordingly.) We will miss your presence, but please let us know as soon as possible so your spot(s) can potentially go to someone else. This will also ensure an accurate guest count for planning/budget purposes.
