When should I RSVP by?

Why is there a long period of time between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both in the Merino Loft. The event staff need time to "flip" the room for the reception. Per the event staff, this takes approximately two hours. The bride and groom will also be taking all of their photos after the ceremony because they are not doing a "first look" prior to the ceremony. There are SO many things to do within walking distance of the venue, so we know you won't be bored!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony at the very latest.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children under the age of three are welcome. We wish we could allow more children, but we simply do not have the capacity to have that many people. Most children under three are unable to eat on their own, so they won't count as a person (in the number count we have to provide to the venue). Please reach out to us if you have any questions at all!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are only registered on Zola for a honeymoon fund. The way this works is through Venmo. If you do not have Venmo and still want to give a gift, you can still make a cash donation to our honeymoon fund. We do not expect or need anything from any of our guests, but any gift is greatly appreciated.

Plus ones are welcome as long as you RSVP for them as well.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The food is buffet style. Please reach out if you do have a request. We will try to work with the Hotel Millwright to find an option for you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Since the venue is on site with the Hotel Millwright and is also located down the block from the Guest House Motel, we will not be offering a shuttle service to any hotels.

Is there a dress code?

Please wear attire that is suitable for dancing the night away with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot right next to the venue. There is enough space for everyone!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The wedding party will be having the rehearsal dinner the night prior to the wedding. This is invite only. There are no events planned for the day following the wedding.
