FAQs

Question

How should I get there? Is there parking?

Answer

Parcel 32 is conveniently located on Upper King Street. We highly recommend using Uber to get to the venue, as parking can be challenging to find. While there is no on-site parking, metered street parking is available nearby, and you can also utilize the Visitor’s Center Parking Garage, located just a short distance away (you can find more information here: https://abmparking.com/facilities/visitors-center-garage-parking/).

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We do not have a hotel block for guests. We recommend staying on or near King Street for easy access to the event venue. There are plenty of hotels and Airbnbs in the area! Please feel free to reach out to Bella or Hunter if you need any assistance.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list due to limited capacity at our venue. Our party is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our party is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Is this a formal dinner?

Answer

This is not a formal coursed dinner, but we’ll have an open bar and small plate stations with a variety of delicious options to enjoy. And don’t worry—there will be plenty of dessert too!

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is coastal semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit or a sports coat.

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

You will usually need to pack warm-weather clothes for an October visit to Charleston, with an extra layer and a light jacket for cooler days and for cooler mornings and evenings. We recommend checking out the weather before traveling to see how hot it is likely to be during your visit.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the party, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
