FAQs

Please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.
Question

How and when should I RSVP?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. The deadline is March 1, 2025. We ask that you RSVP via this Zola website (see navigation bar at the top), instead of by mail or phone. This helps us keep all of your information in one place. Thanks in advance!

Question

Can I bring a plus one or bring my child(ren)?

Answer

While we would love to say, "The more the merrier," we are trying to limit the guest list to close family and friends. Your formal wedding invitation will be addressed to those invited.

Question

Do you have a hotel block? What airport should I fly into?

Answer

For hotel arrangements and flight information, please click "Hotel & Travel" at the top navigation bar of this website. Our wedding is on Mothers' Day weekend and potentially some graduations so we recommend to book early! There is a deadline and capped number of rooms for booking in the hotel block. Note that we do have an optional welcome cocktail party the Saturday night before the wedding. Please plan accordingly if you wish to come!

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors in a garden setting. Dinner and dancing will take place indoors. For those who get cold at nightfall, we recommend bringing layers in case of falling temperatures in the evening.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the Glen Manor at 4:45pm to allow ample time for parking and getting seated. We will start promptly at 5pm.

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

We request that you dress in formal attire. Think elegant garden party - we'd love to see you in colorful pastels, florals, and spring hues! The ceremony & cocktail hour will be hosted outside in the garden (weather permitting), so please dress accordingly.

Question

What is the weather like in Rhode Island in May?

Answer

Mid May is typically peak spring. Average daytime temperatures can range from around 50 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit (10 to 21 degrees Celsius). However, temperatures can vary, and cooler evenings might be expected. Please review the weather app as we get closer, and we recommend to pack layers.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are truly grateful for the love and support of our friends and family as we begin this exciting journey together. Please click the "Registry" tab at the top navigation bar of this website.
