In the height of the pandemic, dating was hard. We matched on Hinge in September of 2020. Our first date was October 17th, 2020, at BrewTop in Overland Park. We spent 4 hours talking so much that before we knew it, it was past midnight. After that, we were inseparable. We moved in together and got a dog together in 2021. And the rest is history. ❤️

Zach bought the ring secretly in June when Bella was away on a girls’ trip. He her mom planned a secret engagement party for months without her knowing. Before her birthday, her mom convinced her to get her nails and toes done for her birthday, and Bella didn’t think too much about it. But, things started adding up. A few days after her birthday, he asked her to make a reservation for somewhere nice for dinner to celebrate her birthday. She made a reservation at Cheesecake Factory for 8pm. September 6th, 2024, Zach told Bella they would be going to the KC Wheel because his sister won tickets to golf. He told her she should wear a dress and curl her hair. Bella was once again suspicious. Once they arrive there, he said they weren’t golfing, but going in the Ferris wheel. Zach was so nervous he was barely talking. They got up in the Ferris wheel and Zach asked Bella if she wanted to spend the rest of their lives together. Of course, Bella said yes. The party was after the engagement (instead of Cheesecake Factory) with all of her close family and friends at The Parlor. It was the BEST engagement and the best kept secret. 🥰
