What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for seating.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The attire for our wedding is black tie optional. Gentlemen may wear tuxedos or suits, and ladies may wear formal gowns or cocktail dresses.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outdoors in the gardens at Historic Acres of Hershey.

We have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice allows you to make appropriate arrangements and enjoy a wonderful evening.

Can I change my RSVP after I submit it?

Answer

If your plans change after submitting your RSVP, please select edit on the RSVP page or contact us directly as soon as possible so we may update our records.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, beer, wine, and cocktails will be provided throughout the evening.

Will the ceremony be unplugged?

Answer

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please silence your phones and refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so you may be fully present. Our professional photographer will capture every special moment.

Are there nearby airports?

Answer

The closest airport is Harrisburg International Airport (MDT), approximately 20 minutes from the venue. Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) and Philadelphia International (PHL) are also within driving distance.

Where should we send gifts?

Answer

Gifts may be shipped directly from our registry or brought to the reception. A card box will be available at the venue.
