You should RSVP by May 15th, so the venue can get a final head count for everyone.
The invitations sent out will state whether you can bring a plus one.
Dress Code: Seaside Formal Our wedding will take place outdoors on the beach on Hilton Head Island in July, so we encourage elegant yet comfortable attire for warm coastal weather. For women, flowy maxi or midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or other semi-formal attire are perfect for the setting. Lightweight fabrics such as chiffon, cotton, or linen are great options. For men, a light suit, a linen suit, or dress pants paired with a button-down shirt works well. Jackets and ties are optional. Please note that the ceremony will take place on the sand. Wedges, flats, dressy sandals, or loafers are recommended instead of stilettos. Light, breathable fabrics and summery colors are encouraged so everyone can stay comfortable while celebrating by the ocean.
Yes, you can indicate any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. The form will prompt you to list your allergies, and suitable options will be provided based on your dietary needs.
There will be a cocktail hour after the ceremony, which leads into the reception. The reception will have an open bar with beer, wine, and liquor. Guests are not allowed to bring their own drinks into the venue.
Guests should start arriving at 5:30 pm to find seating and make their way to the beach, where the ceremony will be held.
If there is inclement weather, the reception will be held indoors. The pavilion, where the reception is currently being held, is also covered and has rain shields to keep wind and rain out.
