There is a large parking lot directly in front of the venue which is free to use.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal. Mid-floor length dresses are preferred, but cocktail dresses are also acceptable. Suits are acceptable.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive to the venue by 3:30 pm to allow for ample time for parking and finding a seat. Please note the venue is around 30 minutes from Harrisonburg city.

Is there shuttle to/from the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a shuttle leaving from the Hotel Madison in Harrisonburg, VA, at 3:00pm. The return shuttle will leave the venue Saturday evening at 10:15pm. The shuttle availability will is based on first-to-arrive basis.
