Is there a hotel block?

Unfortunately, the hotels in the areas do not participate in group blocks. We recommend The Riverfront Motel, which is roughly 20 minutes east of the ranch. VBRO and Airbnb's are also an option. https://www.riverfrontlodging.com/

What is the weather like this time of year?
Answer
Typically it's sunny, with high 80s and a warm, cool breeze. Please dress accordingly and watch the weather forecast closer to our special day!

What time should I arrive?

Arrivals are requested between 3PM and 3:15PM. Ceremony will begin at 3:30PM.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our dress code is formal garden party. We’re celebrating outdoors, so we’d love for our guests to look elegant while still being comfortable in a garden setting. Think polished, colorful, and classy—the perfect mix of formal and fresh. We cannot wait to see you all dressed up! Ladies- please be mindful that stilettos may present an issue in the grass :) Men- please no jeans :)

Is transportation provided?

Parking is available at the venue. We recommend carpooling with other guests. Uber is not available in Thompson Falls, so please plan accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
If your invitation includes a plus-one, they'll be listed on the formal invite. Please respect this, we wish we could invite everyone!

What airport should I fly into?
Answer
The closest airport is in Missoula, Montana (MSO). It is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from the venue. Kalispell Airport is roughly 1 hour and 40 min north. Lastly, Spokane (GEG) is roughly 2 hours and 40 minutes from the ranch.

While we love your little ones, we kindly request to adhere to the formal invite. Children under 12 months are welcome to join us.
