We can’t wait to celebrate with your little ones! However, the ceremony is for adults only (please refer to your invite). Children are welcome to join us after dinner for the reception for some deserts and dancing!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Closest recommendations for hotels would be in Cranberry TWP. We will have reserved rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Cranberry Township Hotel. Address is 2000 Garden View Ln, Cranberry Twp, PA 16066. Please book your room with this link (https://group.hiltongardeninn.com/ztpfe5) or call (724) 779-9999 and ask about rooms reserved for the Evans-Halter Wedding. An after party will be held at this hotel as well following the reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Parking will be available at the barn for your convenience. We will also be providing a shuttle service from the hotel to the barn at specific times listed below to accommodate those who would prefer not to drive.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing a shuttle service from Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh/Cranberry for those that have a room reserved here and prefer not to drive. Shuttle will be waiting in front of hotel from 2:30 pm - 2:50pm with departure to the barn at promptly 2:50pm. Shuttle will leave the barn to return to the hotel at two separate times: - Time #1: 9:20 pm - Time #2: 10:00pm
